medical call center training
Prepare for a career working in health insurance, a medical clinic or hospital.
Hybrid (in-person and online)
January 13 - February 24
Online (first 3 days in-person)
4 days/week for 7 weeks Monday - Thursday, 9:30am-1:30 pm

You’ll receive training and certifications in customer service skills, medical terminology, and more.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Acquire knowledge and skills to pass the MN State Exam and begin working in a nursing home, hospital, or other care facility.
You’ll receive training and certifications in digital literacy and customer service along with the core CNA coursework to become certified.
