  • Introduction and role of a Community Support Specialist in Human Services

  • Northstar Digital Literacy certificates

  • Customer service and terminology

  • Business professionalism and leading in Human Services

  • Coaching, counseling, and navigating resources

 REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma/GED

  • Low income household eligibility

  • Subject to criminal background check as positions vary in policies

  • Seeking employment in Human Services

  • 1 year of recent customer service experience

  • Minneapolis residents preferred

Hybrid (half in person, half online)
4 days/week for 6 weeks
Monday – Thursday, 9:30 AM – 2:30 PM
