Hired is thrilled to announce Andrea Peterson as the new Director of Career Pathways, overseeing a rapidly growing workforce development program that brings short-term training and certifications for in-demand fields to participants pursuing family-sustaining career opportunities.

John’s 25-year career was marked not only by his professional accomplishments but also by his willingness to pitch in wherever needed at the office. A budget is simple tool that anyone can and should be using to help manage their finances effectively. This is one of the most basic concepts that we cover in Hired’s Financial Wellness sessions, and I consider it an important building block towards reaching financial goals.

Parenting, while rewarding, comes with its fair share of challenges. From navigating tantrums to fostering cooperation, the journey of raising young children can often feel difficult. One of the resources that we use with our participants in the Family Home Visiting program is known as positive guidance, which emphasizes connection and cooperation over traditional discipline methods.
