  • Mental health/crisis training & certificate

  • Microsoft Office specialist certifications

  • National Retail Federation certificate

  • Healthcare systems medical terminology

  • Medical call center customer service skills

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED

  • Subject to criminal background check

  • Low-income household eligibility

  • 1 year of recent customer service experience

  • Minneapolis resident preference
