Eh Klu's Story: Youth Program

Hired is lucky to have staff dedicated to delivering food and supplies to their participants during the coronavirus pandemic. Terrell, a Youth Employment Counselor, dropped off supplies at Eh Klu’s house and took this photo of him and his mom (pictured inside) holding up peace signs.

“You are awesome!” Terrell recalled Eh Klu saying. Terrell is proud of all the youth he serves and is excited to continue supporting Eh Klu in any way he can as he finishes his senior year in high school while staying safe at home.

“The youth I support have all helped me grow as a counselor, and more importantly, as a person. When you form a trusting relationship where individuals who understand you want nothing but the best for them, not even COVID-19 can come between it. I love what I do!”
